DIA d.o.o. is a company for Design and (I) Architecture, consulting and engineering jobs, registered in year 1992., activated 1993., all based on DIA consulting and engineering service trade from architect Reno Vrbanec, established May 6th 1990.
DIA d.o.o. is a small family company, whose principal activity is architectural design and supervision till realization, with focus on the interpolations–reconstruction of buildings in protected historical city centers, for which we have a special permit from Croatian Ministry of Culture.
In the past twenty years our office designed and,with construction supervision,followed the realization of numerous projects that include arrangement of public space, interior, family and residential, commercial and public buildings, and reconstruction of buildings in protected historical city centers. Regardless of whether it comes to a big project task or smaller spatial intervention, we approach the project on the principle of overall design.“Full Service”architecture is a product of our company, in that we are recognizable and competitive.
DIA d.o.o. has many years of experience in project management(over 20 years). Our organizational skills and project management techniques were confirmed through a series of (over 200) so far successfully realized projects from idea to realization.
The diagram shows project management on an example of our project „Centar kulture u Nedelišću“, obtained ina architectural-urban development competition (1stPRIZE), the investment value of approximately 30.000.000 HRK, invested by the municipality Nedelišće, noting that the project documentation work was supported by the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union funds (2012.-2013.).
Depending on the area, type, size and complexity of the individual project, our company includes and coordinates the work with (ten) permanent partners, who are directly involved in the project (with sole responsibility related agreements on cooperation), and various specialists, experts and artists in various fields hired by the specifics of the project. Together, we strive to provide the customer with quality service, with the aim of achieving a unique product with its own,author’s expression.
Vocational training and education is considered the most important factor that in our business directly affects the competitiveness and success.
As human capital is the main source of success in the performance of companies in the market competition, and hence competitiveness, employees are justifiably becoming the center of attention in our company. Our employees are continuously educated, trained and regularly participate in major professional conferences and congresses, which allows tracking of trends in specific market segments. We also give great importance to the internal exchange of knowledge by encouraging teamwork. We are also involved in the Program of continuous professional specialization within the Croatian Chamber of Architects (CCA).
